Every year my husband (Lehi) usually always asks the famous question, “what do you want for Christmas?” haha. And I normally have a shortlist, want to be surprised, and have a few things that I kinda NEED on my list.

The year of 2019 changed for us when my daughter was born in December around Christmas.I created this post because there were a few things that I realized as a mom I loved and other wives + moms would too!

If your wife/ mom is super busy all the time and wants to be able to make easy meals, having an instapot is the way to go! It is one of the coolest gifts I received from my mother-in-law when we were first married, but I started to use it once we had a baby, and my husband looked forward to good meals after a long day!

The instapot makes everything easy when all you have to do is stick your food in there and wait for it to cook. She can even check out instapot recipes on Pinterest! It has 7 options, and a few to name are that it is a pressure cooker, slow cooker, steamer, and sautés!

Roomba Vacuum

Let’s admit that we all live for convenience and the Roomba vacuum is one of the smartest inventions that every woman would love! haha. My grandma has this vacuum, and it roams around her house every time I come over.

You can never go wrong with a gift that helps her clean the house! She will love you for helping her clean the floors every day. My sister-in-law and I both want this for our house this year!!

Make sure that they never go in the dishwasher and are always hand washed with a soft cloth. When she cooks, she will want to use a plastic or silicone spatula. If she is one who loves kitchen gadgets, the electronic hand mixer will mix her coffee, hot chocolate, or breakfast shakes in the morning. When Lehi and I first got married, we had a blender for breakfast shakes that was nice, but it always leaked and could not fit a lot of things in it.

My in-laws bought us this ninja blender one year for Christmas, and I don’t know who was more excited about it (Lehi or I) because it blended everything down to the core, and I used it to mix up vegetables for other recipes, etc. It works SO GOOD! If she uses the blender a lot she won’t know how much she needed the ninja until she uses it.

Something interesting to note, is that GOOD bed sheets are a woman’s best friend as she gets older. Even at age 23, I loved some good bed sheets, haha!

My husband and I spent a ton of money on a pair of cooling sheets with 1600 thread count, and we swear by them. You have no idea what you are missing out on until you try them. What I have learned is the higher the thread count, the better quality the sheets are.

Not only are these bamboo bed sheets are soft, but they keep the bed cool too. My husband always complained about how hot he was, so I bought the sheets and almost loved them more! So yes, good bed sheets are a thing, haha.
